A young man, 26 years old. Excisional biopsy of a cervical lymph node. Imprint smear. Diagnosis: Anaplastic large cell lymphoma, ALK-positive. Immunohistochemical phenotype: positive markers: CD30, ALK, MUM1, CD45, EMA, Perforin; negative - CD3, CD5, CD7, CD20, PAX5, SOX11.
