APLASTIC ANEMIA in a 68-year-old female patient. In addition to the main treatment, she receives cytostatics due to concomitant oncopathology. In the CBC - anemia, thrombocytopenia (figs. 5,6,7,8,9), anisocytosis and poikilocytosis of erythrocytes, normoblasts. In the bone marrow aspirate (figs. 1,2,3,4), the erythroid lineage is expanded - 33.5% (N 14.5-26.5). Individual ECCs with signs of dyspoiesis. Erythroblastic island (fig. 1)
