Blood smear findings suggestive of lymphoma leukemization: cytopenias, leukocytosis, atypical lymphoid cells, and the necessity of cytogenetics.
In the CBC: anemia, thrombocytopenia, leukocytosis; in the differential: lymphocytosis, atypical lymphoid cells. Lymphoma leukemization was suspected. Cytogenetic testing was recommended. Results are not yet available.
