Red blood cells - 1.95 Hemoglobin - 74 g/L Platelets - 20 White blood cells - 74.9 ☝🏻Bilineage cytopenia

🩸Peripheral blood smear (in the photo): Blasts 38.5%

🧐Notable features:

  • nuclear folding
  • immature chromatin
  • cytoplasmic vacuolization
  • clonality is traceable

❓Given the morphological features, monocytic differentiation can be presumed.

The patient has been sent to an oncology center for further diagnosis and therapy.
