Acute leukemia relapse. A 48-year-old patient. Diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia one year ago. Hemoglobin 98 g/L. Leukocytes 18 thousand/µL Platelets 34 thousand/µL. ESR 40 mm/h In the leukocyte differential count: 56% blasts. In the myelogram: 92% blasts.

Criteria for morphological assessment of blasts: chromatin, N/C ratio, nucleoli, and identification of mitotic figures in acute leukemia bone marrow smears.
