🔬 Cytology. Pleural fluid. From all the material, 1 spherical structure of relatively monomorphic cells was found. Along the periphery, it is visible how the cells close a circle. Such a structure deceptively looks benign and in most cases occurs with metastatic lesions of breast carcinoma.
