🔬 Cervical and endocervical canal cytology. Woman, 29 years old. Last menstruation was 7 days ago. Staining method: Romanowsky. ✅ Cytological conclusion: Against a background of bacterial vaginosis, changes in multilayered squamous epithelial cells were found, including koilocytic atypia. Cells with high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia (HSIL), suspicious for squamous cell carcinoma, were detected. Glandular epithelium with mild atypia is also present. Further examination and specialist consultation are recommended to clarify the diagnosis and choose the optimal management strategy.
