A 70-year-old patient. Hemoglobin dropped from 103 to 75 g/L within 24 hours. Reticulocytes 13.1%. LDH 634 (0-248). Bilirubin 8.47 (0.3-1.2). Haptoglobin <10 (30-200). He received a flu vaccination a few days ago. No similar manifestations were noted in his history, but the diagnosis was established in close relatives. What changes do we see in red blood cells? What is the diagnosis?
