CLL Diagnosis: Absolute Lymphocytosis in Blood Smear

A clinical case of suspected chronic lymphocytic leukemia: pronounced lymphocytosis, anemia, thrombocytopenia, and the need for immunophenotyping.

The patient was admitted for examination. Complete blood count showed LEUKOCYTOSIS with ABSOLUTE LYMPHOCYTOSIS, anemia, and thrombocytopenia. A lymphoproliferative disease (CLL) can be suspected, and immunophenotyping is RECOMMENDED.
