👉Clinical case from a subscriber: ACUTE MYELOID LEUKEMIA IN A 66-YEAR-OLD WOMAN ❗MEDICAL HISTORY: ✅14.08.23 Fever, swelling, and tenderness of the gums without symptoms of acute respiratory infection. Called an ambulance, temperature symptomatically reduced. Visited a doctor at her place of residence. ✅18.08.23 Amoxicillin #10. Mouth rinsing with antiseptic with positive dynamics. Temperature remained up to 37.5 C. ✅First CBC on 21.08: Leukocytosis 150 x 10³/µL. Blastemia 3% ✅CBC from 28.08.23: in photos 7-8 (leukocytosis 258 x 10³/µL). 🙍‍♀EXAMINATION Liver and spleen not palpable. Skin normal. Other data in photo #9. 🔬MICROSCOPY: 🩸Peripheral blood photos 1-6 🦴Myelogram: cellularity 250 x 10³/µL, blasts 82%.
