A 46-year-old female patient was admitted for examination with a diagnosis of anemia (erythrocytes 2.2×10^12 /L, hemoglobin 68 g/L). In the bone marrow aspirate, there was enhanced proliferation of erythroid cells with minor signs of dyspoiesis.
