Evans Syndrome in a 34-year-old patient. In this case, hemolytic anemia develops. Platelets are even reactively elevated. Signs of hemolysis are noted: hemoglobin Hb 64 g/l, LDH increased 2-fold, total and direct bilirubin 3-fold, haptoglobin sharply decreased, reticulocytes 12.5%, leucoerythroblastosis in peripheral blood, and corresponding morphology (images below).
