Peripheral blood smear morphology in primary myelofibrosis: identification of circulating naked megakaryocyte nuclei, poikilocytosis, and giant platelets.

Patient with primary myelofibrosis since 2022, independently discontinued treatment. Previously, I published a post with his giant platelets.
