Woman, 81 years old. Cervical lymph node (2.9x2.4x0.7 cm). The lymph node imprint shows numerous granulomas, consisting of epithelioid histiocytes and sparse lymphocytes. Giant multinucleated cells are present. Histological examination results indicate granulomatous inflammation of sarcoid type.
