Chronic lymphocytic leukemia with prolymphocyte morphology. 🔬In the photo: peripheral blood smear. 🩸In the complete blood count: leukocytosis: 562 thousand/µL! ✅IPT→ In the analyzed sample, the lymphocyte content is 96.8%, of which B-cells (CD19+) are 98.0%, T-cells (CD3+) are 1.1%. ✅Conclusion: monoclonal proliferation of B-lymphocytes with immunophenotype: ✅CD19 lambda+ /CD5+ /CD23+ /CD200+ /CD43+ /CD20dim+ /CD22dim+ /CD38+ /CD10-, which corresponds to chronic lymphocytic leukemia. No immunophenotypic data supporting acute leukemia were obtained. 👉We thank Olga Raeva, clinical laboratory diagnostics physician at Pavlov First Saint Petersburg State Medical University, for providing this clinical case.
