A clinical case of chronic lymphocytic leukemia: hyperleukocytosis, 89% lymphocytosis, lymphoid bone marrow infiltration, and Botkin-Gumprecht shadows.
In the patient’s CBC, with a confirmed diagnosis of CLL, leukocytosis (92.9) with absolute lymphocytosis (89%) was observed.
In the bone marrow aspirate, there was tumor infiltration – lymphocytes with clumpy, condensed nuclear chromatin. Cytolysis cells were present.
