The photos show rare cases where the value of creatine kinase MB (cardiac fraction) is greater than the value of total creatine kinase. Such results are associated with the presence of atypical forms of creatine kinase isoenzymes. 2% of atypical forms are found in healthy individuals, while 1% is associated with serious pathologies (oncological diseases, liver cirrhosis). Their presence in cancer patients is associated with high patient mortality.
