⚠QUANTIFERON TEST (tuberculosis diagnosis). 🧪🧪🧪For this test, blood from one patient is drawn into several tubes. Alternatively, blood is first drawn into a heparin tube and then aliquoted (already in the laboratory! Mycobacterium tuberculosis belongs to pathogenicity group three. Safety precautions are necessary!). 👉Before use, tubes must be warmed to room temperature for 30 minutes.

  • For each patient, 3 tubes must be prepared:
  1. QuantiFERON Nil
  2. QuantiFERON TB Antigen
  3. QuantiFERON Mitogen
