PATIENT is 22 years old. Sternal puncture was prescribed to rule out lymphoproliferative disease.
In peripheral blood - moderate leukocytosis, other parameters are normal.
In the BONE MARROW ASPIRATE, the number of lymphocytes is slightly increased - 22.6% (N 4.3-13.7%), plasma cells 0.6 (N 0.4 - 1.8).
Total neutrophilic granulocytes 64.4% (N 52.7-68.9%).
Erythrocaryocyte count is decreased - 7.1% (N 14.5-26.5%).
Megakaryocytes with preserved functional capacity.
Immunophenotyping is recommended, follow-up in dynamics.
