A clinical case study of a patient with marked neutrophilia. Cytological features of bone marrow in suspected myeloproliferative disease.
The patient was referred to a hematologist due to neutrophilia. In the bone marrow, there is an increased content of granulocytic lineage hematopoietic cells, reduced erythropoiesis, and an increased number of megakaryocytes. Presumptive diagnosis: myeloproliferative disease, cytogenetic study recommended.
