MULTIPLE MYELOMA (myeloma disease) in a 65-year-old patient. In the bone marrow aspirate, the number of plasma cells is increased to 56.0%. Individual plasma cells show cytoplasmic clasmatosis. Binucleated cells, cells with Russell bodies, and immunoglobulin crystals are observed.
