Bone marrow aspirate cytology in myelodysplastic syndrome: signs of dyserythropoiesis, binucleated erythroblasts, and megaloblastoid nuclei.

The patient is under hematological care for MDS. Complete blood count shows two-line cytopenia. Bone marrow aspirate reveals megaloblastoid features, with binucleated erythroblasts (EBC) present – signs of dyserythropoiesis. In photo 1 – what is wrong with the EBC nucleus?
