A 62-year-old patient with peripheral blood data: leukocytes 6.25 ×10 9/L, erythrocytes 4.87×10 9/L, hemoglobin 142 g/L, platelets 309 ×10 9/L, is being monitored with a diagnosis of multiple myeloma. Sternal puncture was performed for control. The bone marrow is cellular, with 2.5% plasma cells. Clasmatosis of the cytoplasm is observed, and erythropoiesis is normoblastic.
