🟠🦴“Orange” bone marrow. 🔬A clinical case from a doctor from 🇮🇱Israel - Anna Belen. ✅Hypereosinophilia in a 64-year-old female patient. 👉Eosinophils at different stages of maturation. Granular background due to degranulation.

✅In peripheral blood: leukocytes: 25 thousand/µL, 59% eosinophils. Hemoglobin, platelets normal. MPN excluded by FISH. ❗After 3 months, eosinophil levels returned to normal.
