- relative count: 18.8 % (ref. 0.5–1.5)
- absolute count: 547.1 × 10⁹/L (ref. 24.0–84.0)
Differential leukocyte count: left shift to myelocytes. Normoblasts — 189 per 100 leukocytes.
Note: Automatic leukocyte and differential leukocyte count on the Sysmex XT-2000i analyzer is difficult due to the presence of a large number of nucleated red blood cells (normoblasts), which leads to an overestimation of the WBC level. After adjustment for normoblasts, the true leukocyte count is 27.5 × 10⁹/L.
