🔬Clinical case from Israel 🇮🇱. ✅An 8-year-old boy was admitted to the emergency department with complaints of subfebrile temperature for a month, abdominal pain, and ankle joint pain. ✅Peripheral blood analysis showed leukopenia, anemia; no blasts were detected. ✅Bone marrow aspirate showed blastosis. Immunophenotyping confirmed B-ALL.
