Acute Myeloid Leukemia: Blast Morphology in Bone Marrow

A clinical case of acute leukemia with hyperleukocytosis: 84% blasts in peripheral blood and total bone marrow infiltration by blast cells.

In CBC: severe anemia, thrombocytopenia, hyperleukocytosis with 84% blasts. Bone marrow biopsy taken - total blastosis. Presumptive diagnosis - acute leukemia, myeloid origin. Cytochemistry in progress, immunophenotyping recommended.
