An 18-year-old patient with acute T-lymphoblastic leukemia. 🩸 CBC: WBC 28.5 x 10³/µL; Hb 153 g/L; PLT 30 x 10³/µL. 60% blasts are counted with the phenotype: CD3dim, cyCD3+, CD34+ (56%), TDT+, CD2+, CD5+, CD7+, CD1a-, CD4-, CD8-.
