56% plasma cells‼️ Material: bone marrow. A primary patient was admitted for examination with suspected multiple myeloma. In the bone marrow aspirate, the number of plasma cells is increased to 56%; plasma cells of various degrees of maturity and binucleated plasma cells are found. The myeloid lineage is narrowed to 21.8%, the erythroid lineage is narrowed to 6.8%, with signs of dyserythropoiesis.
