Bone marrow morphology in dyserythropoiesis: erythroid proliferation, binucleated erythroblasts, intercellular bridges, and megaloblasts in the smear.

Bone marrow aspirate. Erythroid cell proliferation. Binucleated erythroblasts with intercellular bridges and megaloblasts are observed.
