Relapsed Acute Myeloid Leukemia in Bone Marrow and Blood

Clinical case of relapsed acute myeloid leukemia: total blast infiltration of bone marrow, blastemia, anemia, and thrombocytopenia in blood tests.

The patient, with a history of acute myeloid leukemia, has a relapse of the disease. Admitted to the hematology department with anemia, thrombocytopenia, leukocytosis, and peripheral blood blastosis. In the bone marrow aspirate (photos 1-5) - total blast infiltration. In photo 7, in the complete blood count, a blast, aniso- and poikilocytosis of erythrocytes are visible.
