A 56-year-old male with splenomegaly: complete blood count, erythroid expansion, and erythrocyte morphology in myelogram.

Morphological criteria of proerythroblasts: nucleus structure, delicate reticular chromatin, nucleoli, and basophilic cytoplasm of erythroid cells.

A case of secondary erythremia in a male patient: microcytosis, Howell-Jolly bodies in erythrocytes, and evaluation of hematology analyzer histograms and numerical parameters.
