A patient from the cardiology department with severe anemia, leukocytopenia, and thrombocytopenia. In the LEUKOCYTE DIFFERENTIAL, erythrocyte aniso- and poikilocytosis were observed. Photos 2,3 show a neutrophil with a Barr body.
