A clinical case of a young patient with bronchopneumonia: morphology of neutrophil inclusions and differential diagnosis based on blood smear examination.
Man, 18 years old. Diagnosis: bronchopneumonia. CBC: leukocytes - 2.22 (4.0-9.010^9/L), erythrocytes - 3.82 (3.8-5.71012/L), hemoglobin - 81 (117-173 g/L), platelets - 307 (150-400*109/L). Upon microscopic examination of the blood smear, inclusions were found in neutrophils. Do they have diagnostic significance?
