Man, 64 years old. Combined lesion: CLL (chronic lymphocytic leukemia) and HCL (hairy cell leukemia). 💡Phenotype: 👉Red population: CD45bright FSChigh SSCint CD19λ+ CD5- CD10- CD20brigh+ CD22bright+ CD79bbright+ CD23- CD81+ CD103+ CD11с+ СD25+ CD43- CD38- CD200bright+ sIgM- LAIR1+ (HCL phenotype).
👉Black population: CD19λ+ CD5+ CD23+ CD200+ CD22dim+ CD20dim+ CD79b- CD10- CD38- CD43+ LAIR1+ CD81- The phenotype of tumor lymphocytes corresponds to chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma. The absolute number of cells with CLL phenotype is 0.08*10^9/L. The patient needs further examination, as in the absence of clinical signs of lymphoproliferative disease, the presented picture may correspond to monoclonal B-cell lymphocytosis/MBL “low count”
