Pain appeared in the thoracic spine and ribs. Admitted by ambulance with suspected pneumonia. MSCT of the chest organs showed a picture of left-sided bronchopneumonia S4. Multifocal lesions of the thoracic vertebrae and ribs with signs of destruction. Consulted by a hematologist. The myelogram showed an increase in the number of plasma cells up to 18%, with binucleated cells present.
